I’m on a mission to help small and medium businesses, whether it’s a product or a service excel and surpass owners’ expectations and “fire up” potential clients and sales, writing with heart and empathy.

I value clarity and write from both the owner’s and the customer’s perspective so that we get it and know how to persuade that potential customer to take that next move and ENGAGE with the business.

I also try to understand business or service owners’ needs, pain points, and problems so their business can THRIVE, not just SURVIVE..

So who am I?

Born in Portland, Oregon, I am a lover of good coffee, fly fishing, and quirky books. I enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest. When I’m not writing, I’m reading or researching on the internet, and when that stops you can find me hiking in the mountains or fishing in one of the many rivers in the area.

After graduating from Linfield College with a B.A. in Business Administration I ventured out and started working in different fields from Biotech to Hospitality, Restaurants, Sales and Marketing, Small businesses, and large corporations.

What do people want to use me for?

To fix stuff. To write persuasive copy. To fix their website content, and design issues, drive conversions via Inbound Marketing, Email List Management, and people struggling with promoting their business find solutions, strategize and fix your problems. I’m that guy..the fixer.

What I’ve done.

Worked on copywriting, digital marketing sales campaigns, email marketing, and Social Media Blitzes throughout various countries in dual languages.

I love a good sit-down with an owner or provider and get to understand their history and find out why they started a business and what is their vision or ultimate goals.

Being an Oregon copywriter, my journey has taken me working on content creation and Blogs for websites while writing for bi-lingual audiences, copywriting for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and small businesses, product reviews: everything from footwear to laxatives and promotion, enhancing website presence. Web design and creating email campaigns for small and mid-business owners as well as service providers.

Became bi-lingual in Spanish, Interpretation, writing, and reading as well.

What I’ve Learned

 Half of it is setting up the message. The other half is choosing the right platform to deliver your message and create conversions.

What I discovered is that no matter how good the copy is, we have to choose the right platform as well to deliver that great copy!

After years of working in  businesses both in the United States and internationally, I realized that my new challenge was “What’s the secret sauce to elevate and give more visibility to struggling businesses?”

One day, sitting in a cafe I realized a basic concept that transformed my thinking and education about what clients need and what motivates people, and that is it boils down to the messagewords, businesses, and services need their message sent out to the world in as much as they need enhanced images, sales presentations, marketing blitzes..
